Delphine Jelk
Delphine Jelk joined Guerlain in 2014 and is now the Maison’s Director of Perfume Creation and Perfumer, sharing responsibility for fragrance creation with Thierry Wasser. Her work balances Guerlain’s heritage with a modern approach, often using iris, musks and powdery, vanilla, almond and milky facets to create warm compositions built on contrast. She has created fragrances across L’Art & La Matière and Aqua Allegoria, and in 2021 was named Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
