Oud as the lead
When oud is what people notice, that perfume can lead on its own. Oud for Glory is an example of an oud lead. A smaller second fragrance can still make it brighter, fresher, citrusy, or sweeter.
A second heavy perfume
- Another dense perfume often makes oud louder.

- A second very woody perfume can fold into the oud until the oud is almost all you smell.
A smaller, quieter support
A fresher fragrance such as Acqua di Giò can brighten that lead. A citrus fragrance such as Inception or Marwa can do the same. A sweeter perfume such as Hawas Ice or Hawas for Him can add sweetness. Each one needs to stay behind the oud. If it grows as large as the lead, you may smell two perfumes, and a large sweet perfume can make the oud thicker.
